The S.H.E Initiative (See Her Empowered) is a student-led nonprofit focused on educating underprivileged girls and empowering women through learning, self-defense, and awareness programs. Founded by Shreya Nair and Delisha Soni, it aims to create lasting change by giving girls the confidence, opportunities, and support they need to build a better future.

Education
We focus on empowering girls through self-defense training, health literacy, and educational support, helping them build confidence, awareness, and independence.
Awareness Through Social Media
We use digital platforms to spread awareness about girls' education, women's rights, health, and empowerment, inspiring more people to join the cause.
Action
We believe change happens through action—by working with communities and government bodies to create better opportunities for girls through education, health awareness, and vaccination drives, ensuring real and lasting impact.

Reading Sessions
We conduct reading sessions for underprivileged girls to improve literacy, gain confidence, and encourage a love for learning and self expression.
Self-Defence Workshops
Our self-defence workshops help girls and women feel stronger, safer, and more confident by teaching them practical skills and building self-belief.
Women's Health
Through health awareness sessions, we educate girls and women about menstrual health, cervical cancer awareness, and the importance of vaccination and preventive care.
